This is a company that offered to sell me a supposedly Dual Sim with Dual Bluetooth phone.
What I actually got sent was a fake nokia n70. I've contacted the company and have received no response - so I checked alibaba forums and there are some posts about the company.
I also checked Alibaba FAQ about dealing with issues like this and they say in

If you believe that you have received non-conforming or sub-standard goods from a supplier listed on our web site, it is generally not possible for us to verify that the supplier has engaged in fraud (i.e., that the supplier accepted the order but did not intend to sell conforming goods). In such cases, we encourage you and supplier to resolve your dispute through good faith mediation. If necessary, you can choose to bring a lawsuit against the supplier. If you are able to prove in court that the supplier engaged in fraud, we will suspend or terminate the supplier's account.
Which is obviously unlikely - why would I go through the expense and hassle of court just to protect other Alibaba members?
Alibaba have given this company a 'Gold Supplier' logo which is proudly placed on their website at http://sport-shoe.en.alibaba.com/ - you have been warned!
